Monday, June 10, 2019I remember before he hurt his knee what an incredible athlete Jeff was. He was a serious stud on the football field, he ran for over 200 yards in a game a couple times, our QB couldn't throw so he was the offense and we nearly won the Pop Warner championship that year. He would often come out with a timely and perfectly spot on remark in conversation that would make you laugh uncontrollably or stare at him in wonder cause it was so true. He was a good man and I mourn with his family at his untimely passing.

Saturday, June 8, 2019I am missing you so much Jeff, I just wish my phone would go off and you would be on the other end, just one more time. I miss your (almost daily) thoughtful texts and silly phone calls. You were a friend that people dream of having, people you loved, you loved unconditionally and selflessly. You were so easy to talk to, we could be on the phone forever and you always had something to say, you would say it was all the useless information you had stored up in your head.. lol. You were such a smart, fun, and all around wonderful person. I am so thankful I had you in my life for the past 18 years. Rest easy my sweet friend ♡

Saturday, June 8, 2019I knew Jeff since 7th grade, he was such a great friend. I remember playing sports with Jeff all through school, we would always pick eachother first for our teams. I remember us going on a trip to Hawaii when we were 20 years old. We always had fun fishing in Maine, moose hunting in Vermont, bird hunting in Montana, riding motorcycles, and 4-wheeling in the Pine Barrings. What a beautiful soul, Jeff was. Jeff was always humble, always putting his kids first, and sacrificing his own well-being. I'm going to miss my friend and I pray for comfort to all of his family and friends. Jeff was a real friend, and that's what I really loved about him. Don't forget his crazy fingers and his webbed toes, that was always a good conversation! Love you, Jeff. From your friend, Bill Frasca
