Wilson "Bucky" A. Pharo

Wilson A. Pharo Jr., “Bucky” age 67 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Saturday May 28, 2022 surrounded by his family.  Born in Lakewood, NJ he was raised and lived in West Creek, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor 37 years ago.  First and foremost Bucky loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  He attended Calvary Baptist Church and Lighthouse Alliance Church in Little Egg Harbor and Street Light Christian Fellowship when he was visiting family in Baltimore, MD.  Bucky served his country in the US Army from 1975 to 1978 and was very proud of his service.  He worked for Viking Yacht in Bass River Twp. as a Yacht Technician and retired after 40 years.  Bucky enjoyed fishing, photography, working on cars and boats, listening to music and repairing anything that needed fixing.  He was a great cook and loved to grill and barbecue on his homemade smoker.   

Bucky was predeceased by is parents Wilson and Agnes Pharo. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Patricia Pharo, daughter Christine Pharo-Turner and husband Michael of Lakewood, WA, stepsons Owen Cameron of Milford, DE and Christopher Cameron of Lake Tahoe, NV, stepdaughter Megan Cameron-Scott and husband T.C. Scott of Baltimore, MD, brother Peter Pharo Sr. (Deborah) of Tuckerton, sisters Karen Kelly (James) of LEH, Sherry Pharo-Franzoni (Scott) of LEH, Sharon Bailey of LEH, Gloria Chapman of LEH, Brenda Lyons (Jason) of Sicklerville and Denise Pharo of LEH, grandchildren Gabriel, Xavier, Amari, Paul, Patrick, Emily and Tristan, great-grandchildren Elsie, Phoenix, Bidziil, Rosalie and Yaretzi “YaYa”, many nieces, nephews and friends and grandpets “Rookie” and “Stringer Bell”  

Viewing hours will be on Thursday June 2, 2022 from 6 to 9pm and Friday June 3 from 10am until the Funeral Service at 11am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. The 11am Funeral Service will be livestreamed through Zoom using Meeting ID: 922 263 7086 and Password: 6092966060

Burial will be at Brig. Gen William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ on Tuesday June 7, 2022 at 11:30am.
