Walter J. Campbell Jr.

Walter J. Campbell Jr., 79 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home on Tuesday March 15, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA he lived in Plymouth Meeting, PA before moving to Little Egg Harbor 35 years ago. Walter spent his summers as a lifeguard in Wildwood, NJ before serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of Campbell's Oasis Restaurant in Plymouth Meeting and worked as a Real Estate Broker for Caldwell Banker Red Top Realty in Little Egg Harbor. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time on his boat.
He is survived by his beloved wife Lucy Campbell, sons Scott Campbell (Anna) of King of Prussia, PA, Chris Campbell (Sharon) of New Gretna, daughters Diana Daly of Beesley's Point and Lisa Watson (Steven) of Little Egg Harbor, Step-sons Earl Biddy Jr. of Little Egg Harbor and Andrew Biddy (Diane) of Boyertown, PA, step-daughters Barbara Moser of Little Egg Harbor, Marie Moore (Daniel) of East Norriton, PA, and Lucy Ann Wallace of Collegeville, PA, brother Thomas Campbell of FL and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday March 20, 2016 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
