Stefan A. Gerlowski

Stefan A. Gerlowski, 90 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Sunday March 23rd, 2025. Stefan was born in Jersey City, NJ and spent 25 years living in Naples, FL before moving to Little Egg Harbor 3 years ago. Stefan retired after 20 years of service as a decorated first-grade flying squad Detective for the Jersey City Police Department and proudly served our nation in the United States Army. He enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and spending time with his family and friends.

Stefan was predeceased by his parents Walter and Stella Gerlowski. He was also predeceased by his sister Henrietta (Gerry) Bange, brothers Michael (Mickey) Gerlowski, Thaddeus (Teddy) Gerlowski and Edward Gierlowsk and Son-in-law Kevin Hughes.

He is survived by his daughters Deborah Hughes of Naples, FL, Janis Ducoff of Naples, FL, Dorothy Paino and husband Vinny of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, grandchildren Christopher, Ashley and husband Lenny, Adam and wife Monique, Alysha and husband Matthew and Brielle and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 30th, 2025 from 4-8pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Final Disposition is pending and will remain private for the family.
