Renee Manzione

Renee Manzione, 93, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 12, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Renee spent time living in Bronx, NY, before moving to Little Egg Harbor in 2019. Renee enjoyed opera, reading, puzzles, and mysteries. She was a remarkable teacher who taught students from kindergarten through fourth grade for many years for the New York City Department of Education. After retirement, Renee worked as a reading intervention teacher for a local high school.

Renee was an exceptionally loving person, a wonderful friend, and a huge animal lover. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She will be remembered for her giving nature and will be dearly missed by those who knew her.

Renee is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Tessie Brown.

She is survived by her son Vincent Manzione of Wingdale, NY, daughter Teri Vessecchia and husband John of Little Egg Harbor, granddaughter Melissa McLean and husband Tom, grandson Daniel McLean and wife Brittnie, great grandchildren Caiden, Mia, Noah, and Carson as well as many cherished cousins and friends.

Burial will be held on Monday February 17, 2025 at 12pm at Kensico Cemetery, 273 Lakeview Avenue, Valhalla, NY, 10595.
