Peter J Goodman

Peter Joseph Goodman, 77 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home surrounded by his family on Thursday November 22, 2019. Born in Manhattan, NY Peter spent time living in Union, NJ, Toms River, NJ and Whiting, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor a year ago. Peter served our nation in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and went on to retire from Coca Cola after 33 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 493 in Little Egg Harbor. He loved working on and fixing cars and attending car shows.

Peter was predeceased by his beloved wife Maureen Goodman in 2018 and his son Peter J. Goodman Jr.

He is survived by his loving son Scott Goodman and wife Lisa of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, brothers Bryon, Tommy and Robert, sisters Eileen and Bernadette and grandchildren Scott Goodman, Paige Goodman and Thomas Goodman.

Visitation will be held on Sunday December 1, 2019 from 1-3pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Burial with Military Honors will be held at the Brigadier General Wm C Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery 350 Provinceline RD Wrightstown, NJ 08562 on Monday December 2, 2019 at 10:30am.
