Michael Policastro

Michael N. Policastro 82 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Saturday November 28, 2015 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Pemberton, NJ. He was born and lived in the Ironbound section of Newark, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor 8 years ago. Michael was a US Army veteran and worked as a Final Product Inspector for Vari-Type in Perth Amboy, NJ. He was a communicant of St. Theresa's R.C. Church in Little Egg Harbor and past member of St. Casimir's R.C. Church in Newark. He was a member of the Italian American Club in Little Egg Harbor and was interested in Big Foot, UFO sightings, building model airplanes and going to the shooting range.
Michael was predeceased by his beloved wife Angelina in 2010. He is survived by his daughters Deborah Figuerias (Joaquin) of Manahawkin and Lisa Rivera (Eddie) of Fuquay Varina, NC, son Richard Policastro, sister Josephine Pallita, grandchildren Brian, Tino, and Tracey Figuerias and Samantha, Jessica and Eddie Rivera Jr., and great grandchildren Jackson and Aveena.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday December 5, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Theresa's R.C. Church, 450 Radio Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
