Linda Meola

Linda Meola of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey passed away on April 25th, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born in Bristol, Pennsylvania and a longtime resident of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey. Linda is predeceased by her father Charles and mother Jane Haines also of Bristol, Pennsylvania. Her son Frank James Meola Jr of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey. Brothers Charles Haines Jr, and Bernard “Rick” Haines of Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Frank James Meola Sr., daughter Angela O’Connell (Bob), sister Geraldine Ryan (Bruce), Brother Ronald Haines (Sandy), Sister-in-law Michelle Haines, Grandchildren: Bobby, Gianna, Nina, and Elianna, along with many nieces and nephews.

Linda lived her life to the fullest, the way she wanted to. One of her favorite things to do was outdoorsman activities. This includes Fishing, Crabbing, Lobstering, watching sunsets, and the many other enjoyments that are involved with the ocean. She was at peace out at sea. Linda also enjoyed going to concerts, bingo with her sister, and travelling, especially to the Florida Keys which was like her second home. You could pick a destination and she would go at the drop of a dime. Despite all of this, she lived for her family. Everything that her family enjoyed, she enjoyed as well. Linda touched many people’s lives, and she will forever be loved and missed.

Visitation will be held on Sunday April 30, 2023 from 5-8 pm and on Monday May 1, 2023 from 930-1030am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday May 1, 2023 at 11am at St. Theresa's Church 450 Radio Road Little Egg Harbor NJ.
