Kim M Pantekas

Kim M. Pantekas, 56, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on November 23, 2022. Born in New York City, NY, Kim grew up in Leonardo, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ in 1999 with the love of her life, Kyle.

Kim and Kyle’s shared love of adventure was known to all.  She particularly enjoyed taking long car rides, having leisurely lunches and watching movies with her “honey.”  Kim cherished her family, including her mom, Carolyn, with whom she shared an especially close bond.  Her many nieces and nephews, who she enjoyed spoiling with generous gifts, adored Aunt Kim.  She was a huge fan of the New York Giants and the New York Yankees, always rooting for her teams even when others thought them unworthy.  Everyone knew how much she adored pigs, resulting in her large ceramic collection.  Kim will be remembered for her loving heart, sense of humor and warrior spirit when fighting adversity.  She will be forever loved and sorely missed.

Kim was predeceased by her father Robert F. Pantekas. 

Kim is survived by her life long partner Kyle Melody, mother Carolyn Pantekas, sister Jacqueline Hochhausler and husband Todd, sister Lisa Johnson, brother Robert C. Pantekas, sister Zoe Lawler and husband Raymond, sister Kristen Siegel and husband Eric and an abundance of nieces, nephews and in-laws. 

A visitation will be held on December 1, 2022 from 4-6pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.  

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kim’s honor to the Kidney Foundation Support Kidney Patients - American Kidney Fund or the Diabetes Foundation Home - Diabetes Foundation (diabetesfoundationinc.org).
