Janet A Maxwell

Janet A. Maxwell, 86 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Wednesday August 11th, 2021. Janet was born in West Creek, NJ and spent over 25 years living in Parkertown, NJ.  Janet was a member of the West Creek Methodist Church and worked as a telephone operator for Verizon in Manahawkin. She enjoyed painting, gardening and bird watching.

Janet was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Anna Cox, son Ronald Maxwell, brother Arthur Cox and sister Estella Shinn.

She is survived by her loving daughters Joanne Maxwell of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Susan Allen of Barnegat, NJ and Beth Horan and husband John of Myrtle Beach, SC, brother Charles Cox of FL, sister Elizabeth Lynch of Absecon, NJ, grandchildren April, Richard, John, Janet, Brandon, Christina, James and Alexis, great-grandchildren Jack, Owen, Kevin, Charlotte, Allison and Hayley and niece Linda Wilson.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday August 21st, 2021 from 12pm until her Funeral Service at 2pm at West Creek Methodist Church 189 Church St. West Creek, NJ 08092. A luncheon will follow the services in the church hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to West Creek Methodist Church.
