Ismael R Suarez

Ismael R. Suarez, 98 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Wednesday January 6, 2021. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Ismael spent time living in Elizabeth, NJ and Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Ismael honorably served in the United States Army, retired as an E-6 staff Sargent. He entered the army when he was 22 years old and made it his life’s work retiring after 30 years. Ismael was extremely passionate about his career in the army and loved sharing stories with everyone!

Ismael was predeceased by his parents Domingo and Flaura. Also, by his brothers Luis and Falulo Rodriguez

He is survived by His nephew Luis Rodriguez and niece Luisa Rodriguez. Also, by his great nephews Jacob, Joseph, Jamin and his great nieces Bella and Isabelle.

Visitation will be held on Thursday January 14th, 2021 from 9-10:30am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am at St. Theresa’s R.C. Church 450 Radio Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 followed by burial at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery. Please note, due to COVID-19 the funeral home is operating at limited capacity as per NJ executive order. Staff will be there to assist. All visitors must wear a face mask inside the funeral home and church at all times.
