George D Schneider

George David Schneider, age 78 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Monday May 23, 2022 at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, NJ.  Born in Madison, Wisconsin he lived in Keensburg, NJ and has been a long time resident of Little Egg Harbor. George proudly served in the US Army from 1961 to 1964.  He worked as a Sales Manager for Prince Range, Wags and McCrory’s and in golf sales at Golf Etc. and Dicks Sporting Goods and he was a Slot Attendant at Harrah’s Casino. 

George enjoyed bowling, playing golf, watching NASCAR with his grandson Jacob and watching his granddaughter Autumn learn to swim.  He often could be found smoking his pipe or a Cigar and reading a good book and he loved his cats Bear, Macy and Chloe.

George was predeceased by his parents John and Vanelia Schneider and his brother Harold Schneider.

He is survived by his loving wife Cecelia Schneider, daughter Kristin, grandchildren Autumn and Jacob and brothers Lance and Steven.

Services for George are private and under the care of Maxwell Funeral Home, Little Egg Harbor.
