Eileen Marie Watson

Eileen Marie O'Sullivan Watson, 58 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Saturday September 9, 2023.  Born in Montclair, NJ she spent her childhood in Cedar Grove, NJ and lived in Forked River, NJ, Flagstaff, Arizona, as well as Ewing, NJ, Belmar, NJ and Seaside, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor 23 years ago.  Eileen was an active communicant and CCD teacher at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church in Little Egg Harbor and was a past member of the Pine Shores Art Association, and a friendly volunteer at Pinelands High School Theater events. She was a talented artist and regularly displayed and sold her original artwork throughout Ocean County.  She particularly enjoyed painting seashore scenes in acrylic and watercolor, as well as creating murals, crafts, and calligraphy. 

 

Eileen is survived by her loving husband of 23 years Robert Watson, her sons 2^nd Lieutenant Kevin Watson USAF (22) Andrew Watson (19) and Sean Watson (16), siblings Diane Nelson and husband Dale of Flagstaff, AZ, Paul O’Sullivan and wife Doreen of Lacey Twp., NJ, Karen Jacobs and husband Peter of Palmyra, NJ, Nancy Flynn and husband Robert of Cinnaminson, NJ, David O’Sullivan and wife Natalie of Atco, NJ, Claire O’Sullivan of Pittsburg, PA and Amy O’Sullivan and husband Carl Mayo of Manahawkin, NJ. Eileen was also a most devoted and beloved aunt to Jonathan, Daniel, Alex, Thomas, and Jaime Nelson, (AZ) Phoenix, Elliot, Winston, and Xavier Rouse, (PA) Michael and Timothy O'Sullivan, Owen and Simon Jacobs, Robert Flynn, Murphy O'Sullivan, and Jack and Kimberlee Nelson (AZ). Eileen also leaves so many cherished friends throughout New Jersey and across the country.

 

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 14, 2023, from 4 to 7pm and Friday September 15^th from 9:30 to 10:30am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 11:00am at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church 450 Radio Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
