Dolores M. Cromwell, 93 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Monday May 23rd, 2022. Dolores was born in New York City, resided the majority of her time with her husband Bob in South River, NJ before moving to Michigan and then settling in her retirement in Little Egg Harbor in 1987. Dolores was a Communicant at St. Theresa’s R.C. Church in Little Egg Harbor and was active in the Altar Rosary Society. She was a member of the garden club, MOPS group, the Island Singers, Red Hat Society, and would volunteer at the local library and Southern Ocean Medical Center. She enjoyed gardening, mahjong, traveling, singing, bird watching and spending time with her family.
Dolores was predeceased by her parents Daniel and Bertha Harmande, husband Robert P. Cromwell and daughter Marie Cromwell.
She is survived by her loving sons Wayne Cromwell and wife Lynette of Spotswood, NJ and Brad Cromwell and wife Diane of Lake Orion, MI, brother Donald Harmande of Clifton Park, NY, grandchildren Gregory and wife Amanda, Kaitlyn and husband Steve, Collin, Daniel, Brendan and Shane and wife Emily, nephew Neil, niece Jill and cousins Frances and husband Linhard, Charlotte, and Carter and wife Lauren and their children.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 1st, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday June 2nd, 2022 at 11am at St. Theresa’s R.C. Church 450 Radio Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 followed by burial at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the American Heart Association or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
