Debra A. Kraft, 66 of Little Egg Harbor, passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 31, 2024.
Deb is survived by her loving husband Robert Kraft and her beloved son Robert John Kraft. Deb was predeceased by her parents John and Frances (Borriello) Miselis and survived by brother John Miselis, Brother Michael Miselis and his wife Alicia, her sister Theresa Bulka, and her fiancé Peter Kuczynski Jr. and her brother Joseph Miselis as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and the many members of her extended family.
Deb was a loving and devoted wife and mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and cherished friend. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Her cheerful disposition and big smile would light up the room.
Born and raised in Bayonne, NJ, Deb found her calling with a career in education and spent most of her adult life as a dedicated, kind and compassionate teacher who enriched the lives of the students she taught. Deb was married to her loving husband Bob for over 35 wonderful years. Once married, they moved to Little Egg Harbor and enjoyed life and the beautiful sunsets at their home on the lagoon. Along with her husband, they raised a wonderful son Robert whom she loved, adored and was so immensely proud of. She cared for her family very deeply and had a special place in her heart for their late black Labrador Stella who brought her much joy. Later in life, Deb decided to continue her education and went on to become certified in teaching students with dyslexia. Deb enjoyed gardening, visiting lighthouses, going for long walks in the woods and bike rides with her husband. She was a creative, incredibly kind, loving person and a loyal friend who inspired others with her positive outlook, especially when faced with adversity. She had the strength and courage of a warrior. She was a “Wonder Woman”.
Although her light has dimmed here on earth, the lives of the people she touched will forever be changed for the better, and the heavens will shine brighter because of her.
