Cynthia Catherine Hentz passed peacefully at age 89 with family. Born and raised in golden-era Camden she worked in the Campbell Soup factory, RCA, and Wannamakers as a young woman. Married to William Hentz, a Marine, WWII veteran, and Air Force Reservist with whom she had 7 children. She is survived by 6 children, 13 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She lived nearly 44 years in Tuckerton where she loved gardening, cooking, and hosting family get togethers. She crafted and painted in her later years and loved going on long drives in search of the region's best cheesecakes and macaroons. She reminisced often about her road trip to Nova Scotia and dreamt of visiting Alaska but was happy watching the sunset at then end of South Green Street over Tuckerton Bay. Service will be held Thursday 10-12pm at Maxwell's on Mathistown Road.
