Claire D DeFeo

Claire Defeo, 71 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away at home on Tuesday March 28, 2017. Claire was born in New York, NY and lived in Bergen County, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor 41 years ago. She was a Communicant of St. Theresa's R.C. Church and worked as an Environmental Supervisor for Harrah's in Atlantic City. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who never missed any of her kids, or grandkids sporting events and she loved spending time with her family. She was also a lifetime member of the Italian American Club, Tuckerton, NJ.
She was predeceased by her sister Frances Defeo.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years James Defeo, sons Jimmy Defeo and wife Renee of Little Egg Harbor and David Defeo and wife Melissa of Little Egg Harbor, daughter Louise Defeo of Little Egg Harbor, grandchildren Brandon Defeo, David Defeo, Nicole Schadle, Amanda Defeo, Brittney Defeo and Torianne Shadle and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday April 1, 2017 from 1-3pm and 7-9pm with a Funeral Service starting at 8pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
