Christopher Todd Hendrix

Christopher Todd Hendrix, 59, of Tuckerton, NJ passed away on Friday November 10, 2023. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Christopher spent time living in Sabula, IA where he enlisted in the US Marine Corp after high school. After his service, he moved to Tuckerton, NJ in 1988 and worked as a security officer at Bally’s Casino. In 2005, he started his career as a corrections officer for the State of New Jersey’s Department of Corrections where he worked until his passing. He loved riding his Harley, Nascar, the Rangers, and the NY Giants. He was a former member of the NJ Chapter 2 Rolling Thunder and the Cape Atlantic Marine Corps League in Galloway.

Christopher was predeceased by his father Charles Hendrix.

He is survived by his partner Lori Grant, wife Susan Hendrix, son Christopher J. Hendrix and wife Bre, son Michael Hendrix, brother Craig Hendrix, brother Corey Hendrix, sister Katie Hendrix, and mother Jolinda Hendrix.

Cremation will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 6th, 2023 from 3-7pm at Parkertown Fire Department 830 Railroad Drive Little Egg Harbor, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wreaths Across America Home - Wreaths Across America .
