Brian Eddleman

Brian Mulford Eddleman, 36, passed on November 16, 2021. He is survived by his parents John & Maryrita, brother John and his family-Kristen and children Keira, Jack, Katy and Kinsley, several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins and soulmate Leah.

Brian was born and raised in Kinnelon. He spent his winters on the ice playing goalie and summers at the lake beach or down the shore with his entire family. During any down time, you could find him with his friends. That was probably his favorite place to be then and now. Brian was a great friend. He had many lifelong friendships that he held close. Whether you just met him or have known him since kindergarten you would know that his outlook on life was “Everything in life is hilarious, you just have to know where to look.”

He was a thrill seeker from scratch off tickets to music festivals. Brian’s love of music is hard to sum up. When he wasn’t going to shows or listening to the latest recordings, he was interacting with other fans online. From early days of message boards to the giant following he amassed on Instagram joking about bands, the only thing he may have enjoyed more than the music itself was the community of friends he found along the way. His handle @ShakedownSkreet gave Brian a creative outlet. This was a hobby that was good for his soul that allowed him to express himself artistically with the final goal of laughs.

Just as important as his friends was his family. Brian was always sure to save time for his parents taking evening cruises on the boat. He enjoyed being an uncle and spending time with the crazy crew. He was also arguably the better pool player of the Eddleman brothers.
