Bob worked in sales, first the garment industry in NYC and then store manager at Oskar Huber Furniture in Ship Bottom on Long Beach Island.

Bob was the beloved husband of the late June (nee Rose) and loving father of Margaret Rose McGill (Ken), Robert Jr. (Rene),  Peter (Beverly), and Cindy Rossi (John). Grandfather of Kate Armento (David), Evan, Emily, Christopher, Robert III, and Jake, step-grandfather of Debbie, Ginny, Nicole, Paul, and Dora and step-great-grandfather of Megan, Jodie, Makenzie and Craig. Devoted brother of Peggy McDonough.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend his Memorial Mass on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 11:00am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4700 Long Beach Blvd. Brant Beach, NJ 08008 with a visitation at the church beginning at 10am until the Mass.
