Melva McCormick, 95 of West Creek, NJ. Passed away on July 3,2011 at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin. She was born and raised in Cedar Run, NJ. She was a member of Cedar Run Assembly of God Church, member of the Stafford Chapter of Deborah and National AARP.

She was predeceased by her husband   Walter, and brother James Mathews.

Melva is survived by her sons Robert (Bob) McCormick and wife Margaret (Peggy) of Cedar Run, and Donald  McCormick  and  wife Lynn of North Carolina.

Also surviving are her 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Viewing hours will be on Thursday evening from 7-9pm and Friday morning from 10-11am all at Cedar Run Assembly of God Church, Rt 9 south, Cedar Run, NJ.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday July 8, 2011 at 11:00am at Cedar Run Assembly of God Church, Cedar Run, followed by Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Run, NJ.
